When families tour West Side they are drawn to the unique enrichment programs, special events and rich sense of community it provides for the children.  At West Side, every child deserves more than the basics. They deserve music that inspires, art that sparks creativity, gardens that connect them to the earth, and events that make our community feel like family.  

 

These programs don’t happen on their own. They exist because parents, teachers, and neighbors come together through the Felta Education Foundation (FEF).

Public funding can’t cover it all. Without FEF, art, music, PE, and beloved school traditions would disappear. But when each family gives what they can — time, skills, or donations — our children thrive. Every hour, every dollar, every bit of encouragement matters.
