FELTA EDUCATION FOUNDATION
AN ORGANIZATION SUPPORTING
WEST SIDE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

Thank you for helping make this year's event
a huge success!
Uncorked is more than a fundraiser; it is a celebration of community and a vital investment in our children's future.
Thanks to the generosity and support of our amazing West Side community — families, staff, teachers, local businesses, volunteers, sponsors, and friends — we not only met our fundraising goal of $60,000, we exceeded it!
We raised a net total of $75,000 for West Side students and programs!
These funds directly support the enrichment opportunities that make West Side so special, including art, garden, music, PE, outdoor education, field trips, life skills, and more.

We are deeply grateful to everyone who attended, volunteered, donated, sponsored, bid in the auction, helped behind the scenes, or supported the event in any way. A special thank you to our Uncorked planning and auction teams for the tremendous time, energy, and heart they poured into this event.
We also encourage families to support the businesses and community partners who so generously supported our school.
Thank you for believing in our students and helping make opportunities like these possible.

More information...
What is uncorked?
Uncorked is West Side Elementary School's annual fundraising dinner and auction. This year, Uncorked will be hosted at Bishop's Ranch in Healdsburg, CA, on Saturday, April 18, at 4:30 pm. Attendees will enjoy rustic wine country dinner fare served by Chef Degan of Pizza Degan, along side wine, cocktails, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages provided by locally-owned businesses. Music, a photo booth, and dancing add to the merriment of the evening for all!
How Can I purchase tickets?
Tickets will be available on March 1 through our ClickBid webpage linked at the top of the page. West Side parents, friends, staff, and community members are all welcome to purchase tickets and share in this special evening. Uncorked is meant to bring our whole community together. If the ticket price makes attending difficult for your family, please contact Brooke Stringer. We’d love to help make it possible for you to join us, and all inquiries will be kept confidential.
How much are tickets?
Tickets will be available at an "early-bird" discount of $45 per person March 1-15. Regular priced tickets will available for $60. A limited number of tickets will be available the week of the event for $75.
What is included in the ticket price?
Your ticket is your all-access pass to an unforgettable night! Enjoy all-you-can-eat bites, unlimited beverages, great music, and plenty of fun — all included. Come ready to sip, savor, dance, celebrate — and bid on amazing auction packages!
Can i bring my kids to the event?
This event is designed as an adults-only evening for guests ages 21 and over. We kindly ask that you make childcare arrangements and leave little ones at home so everyone can fully relax and enjoy the celebration. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to sharing a fun night out with our West Side community!
What type of attire is appropriate for the event?
Wine Country Casual. Think relaxed elegance with a touch of Sonoma style. Sundresses, flowy skirts, button-downs, linen, boots, sandals, or clean sneakers all fit right in. Dress comfortably, feel confident, and be ready to sip, mingle, and maybe even hit the dance floor!
Where does the money raised go?
Funds raised by the event directly support our Enrichment Programs, including music, PE, art, garden, and more!
is attendance mandatory for west side families?
Not at all! Attendance at Uncorked is completely optional. We hope you’ll join us for a fun evening in support of our students and enrichment programs, but there’s absolutely no obligation to attend. There are many ways to support the event—through sponsorships, donations, volunteering, or simply cheering us on. Every bit of involvement makes a difference, and we’re grateful for our West Side community in whatever way you’re able to participate.
Can I volunteer at the event?
Absolutely! We’d love your help! This event is powered by our amazing community of volunteers. You can sign up to assist with event setup or décor, check-in and registration, pouring beverages, managing the silent auction, selling raffle tickets, or helping with cleanup at the end of the night. Whether you can give an hour or the whole evening, every role makes a difference and helps ensure the event’s success. Reach out to join the volunteer team — it’s a fun way to support our school and be part of the action! Send an email to westsideparentsfef@westsideusd.org
how do i donate to the auction or become a sponsor?
We gratefully welcome silent auction donations and event sponsors! Donating an item, experience, service, or sponsorship is a meaningful way to support West Side’s enrichment programs while showcasing your business or generosity to our community. Auction items might include gift certificates, unique experiences, wine, artwork, vacation stays, or specialty services. Sponsors receive recognition at the event and through our promotional materials. To contribute an auction item or explore sponsorship opportunities, please contact us at westsideparentsfef@westsideusd.org
